Name Game

"Possibly a variant of the German surname Riker, a derivative of Low German rike "rich". It may have been altered by association with the popular name prefix Ry."
Ryker got his name from Jamie his breeder. I believe she said he was named after his Grandfather. We had a name picked out before we met him but when we saw him his name seemed to fit so we kept it.  Man of the House is a born and raised German : )
