We have a Monster that lives in our house...I hear it stirring under the floor. Then it makes a rumbling sound and after that it blows its hot breath up out of the floor at me and scares me! Mom says that sounds like a dragon!
Yep, that is where it lives. Down under that grate in the bathroom. Beware! You can bet I am!
(I have to add that Ryker has been afraid of that heat vent for over a year and a half now. None of the other ones seem to catch his attention. Maybe there is something down there?)

Hmmm...we haven't noticed any heat vents around our house...oh there they are! Let's go check it out...
ReplyDeleteWags,
Maddy and Owen
Once we found a mouse in there, staring up at us! :(
ReplyDeleteWyatt and Stanzie
BOL. Maybe there IS something down there!
ReplyDeleteEva had been barking inside our drain recently and we just found out a cat was living there, so you know, they aren't as crazy as we think sometimes!
Interesting that none of the other vents bother him. Obviously he smells or hears something out of the ordinary!

Don't worry Ryker. That monster keeps you warm. :)
ReplyDeleteYeah be careful Ryker. There's bad things livin down below. It might even be one of the green behemoths I see on my street. Scares the livin daylights outta me! All that screechin and bangin and bad smells spells MONSTER to me.
ReplyDeleteHopin that at least your monster doesn't smell bad,
Roo
Heat vents are pretty frightening, I agree. They are best to avoid at all costs.
ReplyDeleteDogs are so funny! Maybe there is some kind of former smell that has lingered? Who knows?
Oh goodness! Bella did that once with a drainpipe... turned out there was a chipmunk living in it.
