We even get snow in May so we have a ways to go still.
Good thing I like snow so much.
Mama say the only thing keepin' her going is her blooming Orchids this time of year.

But don't worry, Spring is coming. We are getting some snow melt from the roof.
Poor red leaf rose bush, but it is pretty darn hardy. I bet it makes it.

Ryker you Spring is beautiful. Sometimes we get snow in May (mostly in the mountains) and even in early June. A couple of years ago MOM and I went on a backpacking adventure the 2nd week of June and were caught in a two day snow storm. It was an adventure for sure. MOM loves the orchids.

I remember 'break-up' in Alaska, and I very well remember sometimes getting snow on Mother's day--Your orchids are really beautiful, just like your next season will be!!
ReplyDeleteYour orchids are beautiful, the snow....well it's beautiful but it's kind of old hat now. Not that it's particularly Springy here today. Rain and a cool blustery wind and kind of miserable.

I really, really want to see snow but that's because we don't get that here in Houston, but all I'd want is a couple days of it, can't imagine driving in it or ice!

It's snowing here in Colorado on May Day! I'm sure that you do too - but we get it in June as well due to our high elevation.
