More puppy pictures : )

How about more puppy pictures from yours truly?

My half sister Kenzie with her new litter of four.

This little guy is Gabriel, 10 oz at birth.

This is TJ (Tux Jr.), 10.5 oz

Nelson weighing in at 9oz

and  baby girl Foenix Rose, she has a white F on her back! 10.5 oz

What a handsome bunch!  I sure am going to enjoy watching then grow : )

What a minute, WHO IS THIS!  It's me at one week of age!  I kinda look like Nelson.

Wish I was there to give them tummy rubs and teach them all kinds of things that an Uncle should.  Who knows, it could happen.  Hey mom, can we call Alaska Airlines and book a flight to Vancouver,
WA?  Then I could see my mom and dad too!

Meltdown !

Yup, it is finally apparent that things are melting around here.

And what lies beneath the snow isn't always pretty...
(hey mama, you got some work to do)

I'm not taking credit for this one!
Sweet Pea ain't so sweet after all.

But somethings under the snow are sweet...

The temperature hit 60 yesterday and mama got her bike out !!!   Well,  dad actually got it down and put more air in the tires.  Thanks dad! You don't know how happy that makes me.
We went for a good run, she can barely keep up with me.  She did rein me in a bit till my feet toughen up.  No blisters please!

It's nice that we still have some snow to cool off in.

The best of both worlds I say.

Sweet Pea makes a return visit

Look who's back for a visit!   Anyone for a game of cat and moose?

Who doesn't like to take a nap in the sun?

Your eyes are getting heavy....

Now they are closing....

A nice pile of snow to rest your head on.
Sleep well little Sweet Pea, we love you.  Now tell me who else gets to have a young moose sleep on their back porch?  Then again I'm not sure any of you would really want that!

We are kinda diggin' on it.

Not a Wordless Wednesday

I have good news and more good news!  For those of you that have been asking, my mama is doing very well  : )   She has 24 more radiation treatments to go.

The other good news is my half sister is Prego and expecting on April 22nd!
My sister Kenzie is the Blue Merle and her boyfriend Tux is the Black Tri with one blue eye.
They are going to have some amazing puppies!

Makana and Tagalong mini Aussies are excited for our much-anticipated, co-bred litter!
Tux and Kenzie's kids are due April 22nd and should produce stunning blue merle and black tri kids.  Tux is red factored and Kenzie could be, so we'll cross our fingers for some red as well!
Tux is a phenomenal 17" black tri boy who loves everyone.  His bum never stops wiggling and the smile never leaves his irresistable face.  He was evaluated as an adult by Pat Hastings as show quality.  She said that he has the head, substance and breed type that our dogs need.  Add to that a nicely-balanced dog with correct front and rear angulation and you have the total package.
Kenzie is our beloved, bomb-proof 17 3/4" blue merle diva.  She's as bold as they come in a fun-loving package.  She truly can find the party anywhere and if there isn't a party, she'll have to start one up.  Kenzie evaluated as #1 in a very nice, all show quality litter, evaluated by Pat Hastings.  Her and two of her siblings evaluated as specials.  She has grown into a beautiful girl with very correct conformation.

I can't wait to see those little puppies and will be sure to share the photo's with you.  I mean who doesn't love puppy pictures???

Happy Keester!

Baby Bunny Ryker at four days old

and today at age Three!

Don't put all of your eggs in one basket

Walk softly and carry a big carrot

Everyone needs a friend who is all ears

There's no such thing as too much candy

All work and no play can make you a basket case

A cute little tail attracts a lot of attention

Everyone is entitled to a bad hare day

Let happy thoughts multiply like rabbits

Some body parts should be floppy

Keep your paws off other people's jellybeans

Good things come in small sugarcoated packages

The grass is always greener in someone else's basket

An Easter bonnet can tame even the wildest hare

To show your true colors you have to come out of your shell

The best things in life are still sweet and gooey

I wish all my blogging friends a very Happy Keester!

Ryker turns Three !!!

It's my Birthday and I'll howl if I want tooooo

Today a spring snowfall has broken the nearly 60-year-old seasonal snow record here in Anchorage.
What a cool present!  The 3.4 inches that fell brings the total to 133.6 inches.  Even by Alaska standards, Anchorage has been walloped by snow!

Of course I had to test it out

and it's Ryker approved!

For my Birthday Dinner I got something new,  New Zealand Green Venison Tripe, and boy was it tasty.   Mom said it made my breath stink so it must be really special  ; )

Then later I got some really yummy Birthday Treats... a yummy cookie

and a sweet potato on a chewy stick!

As you can see I had an awesome Birthday!

Turning three is a very good thing!
