Playing in the garden again!

My good friend Carley came over for a visit again. She slips her lead and sneaks over to my house to play on a regular basis  : )
We have a great time playing!  Mom even said she left a big present in the yard!  But she didn't seem real happy about it?
I gave her a tour of the garden flowers...

Then I showed her the edible stuff that mom is so excited about. Mom says this is the first year that the fruit trees and the Kiwi have produced fruit. And she says we will have 9 full size Apples and a whole bunch of sweet cherries! Oh Boy. now I'm getting excited too!
Norland Apples
Raspberries

Sweet cherries

Arctic Kiwi's

Strawberries
Carrot bed
After the garden tour we got back to what we do best.

Have you seen a Boston Terrier Aussie mix?

At the Farmer's Market this week I had a lot of fun! I played with many Little Bipeds...

I met a few more dogs...
But the coolest was a Boston Terrier and Aussie mix...An Auston! His name was Boomer and he was a pound rescue!
Just when I think I have seen everything! This guy was really cool and friendly, I like him!

Walk in the woods...

We went for a lovely dog walk in Kinkaid Park with mom's friend and her two dogs Baxter (a black lab mix) and Jenny (a Lhasa Apso, both rescue dogs). It was very pretty and the raspberries are ripe. Watch out for bears!
Baxter is great fun to play with!  Jenny tends to wander off so has to stay on leash.

No bears but at the end of our walk we did see a young bull moose...
Mom told not to bark...
     but...
I just couldn't help myself !   And he ran away!  Guess I got me a pretty powerful bark!

Change my name to ...

Ryker's furever friend Kosmo loves to hunt in the garden. Lately at night he will come jump up on the bed and as I pet him I kept feeling something wet in his fur. Huh?
Ewe! Think I'll change his name to Sluggo! I picked five of them out of his damp belly hair last night. Sure enough he had more tonight! I must admit that we do have a lot of baby slugs in the yard now but get real!
The man of the house is totally grossed out. I'm a gardener so not that big a deal for me, I just don't want them in my bed!
Ryker thinks it is all very funny!
